Community Garden mission 

Foster family and community involvement



Educate and encourage environmental stewardship



Support local food banks and like-minded organizations



Encourage families to eat healthy by growing and eating locally grown foods



Provide intergenerational interactions thru gardening



Encourage handicapped and special needs individuals to participate



Give those who cannot garden at home a place to garden

Community Garden Site Plan Plan Highlights: • (56) 4’x10’ raised bed plots • Deer/animal-proof fencing surrounding site • Handicap accessible plots, paths, and parking • Composting areas • Onsite water access • Additional parking capacity • Future expansion availability

General Information 

Located on Open Space town owned land



Strong long-term commitment by township government



Interest from local Master Gardeners to participate



Open to everyone by providing reasonable public access



Plots available on a first come, first served with Marlboro residents having priority



Some plots will be reserved for produce to be donated to local food banks



Handicap accessible plots and parking will be available
