Love Madi Recent Posts My Personal Past, Present, & Future Hey there, my fellow blog readers! As you know I have been a little bit busier than usual with work, full-time schooling, and cheerleading as well. Therefore, my schedule has been a little hectic so my blog post schedule is messed up. So today I decided to fit in a little post. Today I am going to give you guys a little insight to my past and future life. As a young girl I had always dreamed of being a princess. However, as I grew up my thoughts had changed. My occupational hopes have changed from an athletic trainer to a criminal investigator and I now hope to be a sports communicator. As a child I was involved in gymnastics, softball, and cheerleading (of course!). As I grew into a young adult, I had no interest in relationships and was involved mainly in my sporting events. I attended two elementary schools in Hall county, two middle schools in Hall county, and Buford High School. As a student, I never had many friends. All my friends revolved around sports. I always made an effort to form friendships at school but they never ended as a true friendship. I have always been that one person that is excited to go to school. I feel as though in my life, I have always been good at school. Many people would say, “EW. You like school?” But yes, I like to go to school.
Now for my present times. I am currently enrolled as a Freshman/Senior in high school at Georgia Gwinnett College. I am occupied fully with my amazing relationship, my last year of allstar cheerleading, and my coaching job at my cheerleading gym. In my future, I have hopes of attending Clemson University (hopefully!) and cheering on the #1 football team! I also would love to open my own allstar cheerleading gym and to be a sports journalist or sports announcer. I also have hopes of getting married and starting my own family with Bailey in the future. I will be moving out and starting my own life within the next year and will be on my own. Sadly and excitingly. My past, present, and future are all related and will be such an exciting part of my life. xoxo Feel free to come back for more blog posts tomorrow and later in the week!
Why Friendship Matters Hey everyone! Welcome back to my blog! I am writing today about why friendship matters. Alot of time I have struggled with keeping friends, because I would always push people away. However, friendship is something that has always been important to me. As I have grown up I have always been the type to push people away. The friendships that I have made and have kept over many years have meant the world to me. However, I have struggled to make many girl friends due to my high expectations. As a teenager I have always perceived a friend as someone who would always be there for me and would not give up on me. In my life I have struggled with many things in which I expected my friends to be apart of. Although, some of the people I called my “friends” were not there for me when I had needed them. Friendship is something that comes with ups and downs but you have to decide if you want to be a part of those.
My expectations for my friends have always been set high. I consider close friends to be there for me through hard times, never do me wrong, and I have always given people 1 chance at most 2. In my personal opinion if someone can do you wrong once, they will do you wrong again. Therefore, a true friendship is someone who wouldn’t ever do you wrong. In my time of my teenage years, the friendships I have made are truly some of my closest friends. At Buford High School, none of the people I met fell under my expectations of friendships. Therefore, I dual-enrolled at Georgia Gwinnett College and have made more friends. Friendships I have always struggled with; however, my high expectations have allowed me to gain not only friends but true friends who will be with me for a long time. As I grew up, competitive cheerleading has been the easiest way for me to gain true friendships. Probably 95% of my friends have been involved in the cheer world. Having friends has been such an important thing to me. Friendship allows me to have someone to talk to and depend on when I’m in a situation or just need advice. Friendship matters to me more than anyone could ever imagine. xoxo Come back for more!
Things to do In the Time of Fall Hey there everyone! I just wanna say thank you to those that visit my blog and comment as well as subscribe! I have reached 1,020 views in my first 5 days of owning this blog!! It’s so exciting! Therefore, I decided to make a more fun blog post. As Fall has quickly approached us all, we have been wondering, “What is there to do when it gets chilly outside?” Fall is my favorite activity due to all the fun activities. Down below I have listed some of my favorite activities to take place in the season of fall.
Walk Through a Corn Maze As fall begins, many look forward to corn mazes as a date idea or even just for a fun time with friends. Corn mazes allow laughter and excitement as you search your way out of the maze with a map and some hole punches. A corn maze is such a fun thing to do on a nice day! Go to an Apple Orchard As a young child my favorite thing to do in the months of September and October was to go to an apple orchard. As I grew up we always visited Jaemor Farms for the tasty fuji apples as well as the apple cider and apple cider donuts. The apple orchard provides a corn maze, apple cannon, slides, and much more. An apple orchard is such a fun place to go with family and friends. Netherworlds As I approached high school, everyone was talking about Netherworlds. I always had wondered what it was until I experienced it for myself. Netherworlds is ranked as one of the most scariest haunted houses in the country. As you walk through the haunted house, realistic creatures pop out as flashing lights and brain teasers occur. Also, in the parking lots creatures roam around for the purpose of scaring parents and those getting out of their car. Netherworlds has always been such a big thing for teenagers to do and is a great date night idea. Fall Festival Many times during the fall, festivals occur. Fall festivals consists of carnival games, tasty treats, and shopping. Families spend hours with their children and other family members celebrating the time of Fall. Fall festivals are a time of excitement and fun! Carving Pumpkins Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. Dressing up in a costume, getting candy, and best of all carving pumpkins. Carving pumpkins has always been a fun thing for me to do with my family. Carving pumpkins is something I suggest for couples looking to do something as well as families wanting to bond. It is such a fun thing to do!
As Fall approaches, these topics are a great way to cure boredom. Fall is such a fun time to experience and has many activities to offer. I suggest that everyone try out these activites. XOXO Share this post and comment down below your favorite Fall activity!
Hope you Enjoy! This checklist is available for use of all star cheerleaders in need of a packing list.
