Competitive Volleyball 2017 Spring Clinic
Competitive Volleyball 2017 Spring Clinic WHO: The clinic is designed for up and coming volleyball players; generally those players currently in 5th and 6th grade although it is open to all youth ages. Coaches wanting to learn more about competitive aspects are welcome as well. Enrollment is limited on a first come, first served basis.
WHAT: Generally speaking, this is not a skills clinic. The content is primarily focused on introducing youth players to the rules, formats, court presence and positional expectations presented by competitive volleyball leagues (as opposed to recreational leagues).
WHEN: April 4 - 25, 2017. Tuesdays (x4) and Fridays (x3) from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. The clinic consists of seven complimentary two-hour sessions.
WHERE: Turner Middle School Main Gymnasium: - 950 Massachusetts Avenue, Berthoud, CO 80513
Registration: Fees are $40 per player. Coaches are on scholarship meaning that they are expected to participate (i.e. ‘work’). Fees are payable in the form of check only (to BYAA Volleyball). Mail to PO Box listed below or payable at the door on the first day. Pre-registration is available at www.BYAASports.org. Enrollment is limited to a maximum of 24 players and 4 coaches.
