UM players under investigation for use of luxury cars

The University of Miami is currently investigating the use of luxury cars by at least four of their football players. It is unknown whether the players paid for the cars, intended to pay for the cars, or if the cars were given to them for free. If the cars were given for free, NCAA Bylaw 13.2.1.1 was violated. At this time, Junior linebacker, Juwon Young, has been suspended indefinitely behind the incident; Athletic Director Blake James said Young was “suspended for violation of department rules”. The school is also investigating to see if defensive end Al Quadin Muhammad was involved. The names of the other possible players involved have not been released.

LeBron James Jr. receives offers from two big programs In February 2015, LeBron James mentioned that his older son, LeBron Jr., has already received offers from multiple colleges, but it wasn’t until after the NBA Finals that the names of these schools were revealed: Duke University and the University of Kentucky. At eleven-years-old, James Jr. has standing offers from two of the biggest basketball schools in the country. John Calipari watched him play in an AAU fourth grade national championship. LeBron Jr. is also getting looked at by Ohio State head coach, Thad Matta, who has said that James will be on his recruiting radar.
