Hair net, hat or visor must be worn. No flip flops, sandals or any kind of open toe shoes while working in the concession Gloves must be worn while preparing food, if gloves get dirty please change them, you cannot just wash the gloves. When working the snow cone area you have to change your gloves before touching anything else. WASHING HANDS- please wash hands before work, anytime you come from outside, and changing gloves. NEW THIS YEAR – PER HEALTH INSPECTOR- ANYBODY THAT WORKS IN THE CONCESSION MUST SIGN A SHEET SAYING YOU ARE NOT SICK. Please find volunteers from your team to work- (4) window workers and (1-2) food preparers. Children who are 13 years old and up are allowed to work the windows, 11-12 year olds must have an adult taking the money-they can take the orders, If a team DOES NOT show up for concession duty, their Manager could be suspended for the next game and if we don't have workers we could possibly have to close...this is the BIGGEST FUNDRAISER FOR MLL AS IT HELPS TO KEEP YOUR FEES DOWN The schedule for concession duty for the teams, will be posted on the MLL website and on the bulletin board outside of the concession stand.
