There must be two people scheduled for each shift. No one under the age of 13 allowed in the concession stand. Teams with duties during the week will have a different date in each box, for 10 total games, while Teams scheduled for Saturdays have seven games, so they will have seven times but all of the same date. IE,  Weekdays will have two games per date, and weekends will have seven games per date. Weekdays are Monday through Friday, 5 days, with two games each, one at 5:30 pm, and one at 7:30 pm.  Weekends, or Saturdays, will have one date, but seven games. The games will be 8:00 am, 10:00 am. 12 noon, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 8:00 pm.  NOTE: CHECK YOUR DATE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SCHEDULE HAS NOT CHANGED, OR HAS SPECIAL GAMES SCHEDULED. THIS SCHEDULE CAN CHANGE DUE TO RAIN OUTS ETC.

5. If you are the first shift of the day, plan on 30 minutes, and if you are the last shift of the day, there will be a few extra duties, such as counting out the money, and cleaning the Concession Stand. 6. Please be at the Concession stand no less than 15 minutes prior to your shift if you are not the first shift of the day. 1. Remember, it is very important that we all remember to pay for anything that we eat or drink. The profit margin is not that great, and anything given away free from the concession stand takes many sales to replace it. Since we are ALL volunteers, no matter if, we are Board Members, Managers, Umpires, Team Parents, or Workers in the Concession Stand; we do not receive anything in return for our service. There is not one position more important than another is. Without volunteers for all of the jobs we have, there would not be a program. This is the biggest fundraiser we have for our program and the more money we make through our concession stand, the more things we can do for our players.
