Can’t find an item / Concierge Requests If you can’t find an item in any of our marketplace stores, don’t worry. Classwallet has a Concierge purchasing service to purchase anything, anywhere (literally like having a personal shopper at your fingertips). In the marketplace click on the green concierge service request button and we'll be happy to procure your item(s).
Once you are on the concierge request page simply provide us with the item, price and website where you want us to make a purchase for you then choose the funds you wish to apply. You can add multiple items from multiple vendors in a single request. Be sure to include the URL of the site you are shopping with and don't forget to click the green submit button when you are done.
If we can match your prices and items we will make the purchase right away, if there is a discrepancy, we will be in touch with you to facilitate the order.
