GameManagement-All games consist of eight (8)five(5)minute segments. The games will be played as two(2),twenty (20)minute halves with segment breaks at the fifteen(15),ten(10), and five(5)minute marks of the half. Segment breaks are no more than one minute for substitutions only. Segment breaks are not time outs. Clock will run continuously except for time outs. Clock will stop at all whistles the last 1minute of the game if the difference in the score is less than ten (10) points. Games tied at the end of regulation will play a 2minute overtime period, clock will stop at all whistles the last (1)minute of overtime. The overtime period is subject to time availability and cannot continue beyond the start of the next game. Games tied at the end of overtime will end in a tie. Halftime length is 3minutes.

8segmentsX5 positions= 40slots. Divide the slots per game by the number of players present for the game. 10players- All players play 4 segments(half the game each). 9 players–5playersplay 4segments,4 players play 5segments 8 players–All players play5segments 7 players–5players play6segments,2 players play 5segments 6 players–4players play7segments,2 playersplay 6segments 5 players–Allplayers play8segments (entire game)
Substitutions may be made only at the end of a segment or in the case of an injury. In the event of an injury, the coach may only replace the injured player with a bench player of equivalent skill level. 4.
Time Outs-Each team is allowed one(1)timeouts per half, no carry over. There will be no timeouts during an overtime period, no carry over.

Fouls-Six(6) fouls perplayer per game. One&oneshooting onthe7 team foul and double bonus on th the 10 team foul. All fouls are teamfouls. Alltechnical fouls on playersareteamfouls.

Technical/FlagrantFouls/Ejections-A player or coach receiving two(2) technical fouls in one game will not be allowed to play the remainder of that game and will not play the next scheduled game. Intentional and flagrant fouls are cause for immediate ejection at the referee’s discretion. A player ejected for a flagrant/intentional foul will not play the next scheduled game. A player or coach that is ejected twice in one season may be removed from the league for the rest of the season with no return of fees. Players/Coaches removed for the season must petition the PCYB board to participate next season. A flagrant foul is dirty play, intentionally causing harm or attempting to cause harm to anyone, threatening words or behavior directed at anyone, overly aggressive play, swearing or inappropriate language directed at anyone. The referee is in charge And his decision is final. Any fighting, physical aggressive behavior or vandalism of school or PCYB property may because for immediate ejection from the league.

Defense-Zone defense is not allowed. Man-to-man defense only. Players may play help defense below the foul line extended only. Two players may guard when it is a break to the basket, below foul line only. NO TRIPLE TEAMING.

Any infraction will result in(1)official will explain the infraction to the players,(2)official will warn the player,(3)ball will change possession. Full court pressure is allowed in the last Segment of the game and Overtime. If a team is up by 10 points or more, they may not press. There is NO one pass rule anymore in the majors. Players must release unless during the last segment of the game or overtime when press is in effect. Lane violations occur after 5 seconds. Revised 11/2/15
