CONVERSE DEBUTS THREE NEW PRO LEATHER ’76 COLLECTIONS FOR SPRING 2017 New Materials and Innovative Technology Modernize the Court Classic Silhouette BOSTON, MASS. (JANUARY 5, 2017) – The New Year continues to modernize the court classic, Converse Pro Leather ’76, updating the timeless silhouette for today’s street style with three new collections. Inspired by the brand’s rich history in basketball, the Pro Leather ’76 Lux Leather and Tumbled Leather collections merge court style with new materials and superior Nike comfort technology. The Pro Leather ’76 Lux Leather collection achieves an elevated look with a lux embossed Nubuck leather upper in muted colors of Khaki, Green and Black. Premium comfort and superior cushioning are attained by the addition of both a Nike Lunarlon sockliner and EVA midsole.

With the Pro Leather ’76 Tumbled Leather, a light tumbled leather upper has been applied for a clean and crafted look. For an additional pop of color, tan overlays can be found on both the logo and heel tab of the Grey, Black and Bordeaux sneakers. The addition of a Nike Lunarlon sockliner and rubber cupsole also provide unmatched cushioning and comfort to this low-top silhouette.

The new Spring/Summer 2017 Converse Pro Leather ’76 styles take the iconic court sneaker and update it for an everyday look. The Pro Leather ’76 Lux Leather and Tumbled Leather collections will all be available on January 5, 2017, at Converse retail stores, third party retailers and on Converse.com for suggested retail prices of $75-80 USD.
