Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Fundraiser
If you wish to participate, the current personal fundraiser is selling Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies. The information will be available at Tranquility Ice Rink on September 11th , or you may print it right from the website!
Start Date: Sunday, September 11th End Date: Sunday, October 2nd Turn in: Order forms must be turned in at Tranquility Ice Rink by 10/2/11. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will be accepting forms in person at Tranquility Ice Rink on October 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00pm. You may also secure them in an envelope and turn them into Gilinda Giles or you can place them in the OHC drop box. Order forms will not be accepted after October 2, 2011 Cookies will arrive approximately 3 weeks from date of order. WHEN COLLECTING THE MONEY: x THE CHECKS NEED TO BE MADE OUT TO YOU. x ONLY ONE CHECK MADE OUT TO “OMAHA HOCKEY CLUB” WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $9.00 PER ITEM SOLD. x YOU WILL KEEP THE DIFFERENCE AS YOUR FUNDRAISING PROFIT. Your order will not be submitted unless this rule is followed.
Items sell for $15 each and $6.00 goes to the skater! Thank you very much for participating and good luck on selling! As always, these fundraisers are provided to you to help defray the cost of your son/daughter’s hockey fees. This is not mandatory or required by the league!
