Coon Rapids Soccer Association Volunteer Agreement for Competitive Players Parents of all Coon Rapids Soccer Association competitive players are required to submit a $150 deposit check per player, or $250 deposit check maximum per family, to be held until 6 volunteer hours per player, or 12 volunteer hours maximum per family, have been completed. The check will be shredded upon completion of the required volunteer hours.
Head/Asst. Coaches (either rec or competitive), Team Managers, Board Members, and Committee Members do not need a deposit. Volunteer hours must be completed by July 31st, 2017 or checks will be cashed. Volunteer hours must be completed by an adult family member, relative, or friend on behalf of the player. Hours may not be fulfilled by volunteers under the age of 16. Volunteer hours do not carry over from the previous season. Volunteers must complete their entire volunteer obligation in order to NOT have their volunteer deposit check cashed. Partial completion of hours will not result in partial return of volunteer deposit and hours do not carry over to the next season. There will be no exceptions. Every family must submit a deposit check and signed volunteer agreement. Concession hours will be filled by recreation families this year. Competitive families will have other opportunities to fulfill their hours, such as the tournaments. Player passes will NOT be released until the deposit check and this signed volunteer agreement have been received. Please submit your signed volunteer agreement and deposit check to Jackie Fabel, or your team manager, by March 31, 2017. o If you are unable to submit the volunteer agreement and deposit check by March 31, 2017, please contact Jackie Fabel to arrange mailing it in: [email protected].
