Know When to Book in Advance Deals are really unpredictable. They come and go. But if you have a set schedule and cannot risk a fluctuation in prices, it is best to book in advance for overseas travel and about two months out for domestic travel. You typically get the best cruise deals in when booked in advance as well.
Be Flexible When Possible Having room to be flexible with your travel dates opens you up to all sorts of savings! When deals on flights and hotels become available, you have to be prepared to book on the spot. You never know how long they'll last!
Use a Packing List I can't even begin to tell you how much money I've wasted buying duplicates of things when traveling simply because I forgot to pack them. Packing lists help prevent that!
