Content (Outline of Course)

The course begins looking at elements of Philosophy and Ethics. It then moves through topics such as Human Rights, Spirituality, Capital Punishment, Rites of Passage, The Just War theory and the application of ethical theories to modern day issues.

Assessment

There are assessments that are to be completed throughout the year. These assessments vary in terms of their length and presentation. These are assessed against the assessment objectives. Learning logs are to be kept throughout the year as these form part of the assessment towards the overall qualification.
