Submitted by _________________________________________________________________ Phone ______________________ E-mail ____________________________________________ This award recognizes the Young Leader of the Year who showed a dedication and enthusiasm for his/her work, exemplifies excellence and should be considered ‘one to watch’ in the broad field of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) in any member category. Criteria for Nominee Eligibility 1. Paid Young Leader Member of CoreNet Global (must be age 35 or younger by October 2017) 2. Actively engaged member over the previous 12 months (examples of engagement may include but are not limited to: attended a Summit, MCR candidate or other designation (LEED, registered architect, surveyor, …), contributed to the content of a Chapter program/event, committee member) 3. Official nominee of the Chapter based on the eligibility and selection criteria as described. The Chapter may only submit one official nominee.
Criteria for Selection of Winner 1. The nominee demonstrated best practices and implemented initiatives that positively impacted the profession (35 points) 2. The nominee demonstrated quantifiable achievements that contributed to their employer’s success (35 points) 3. The nominee has been actively involved in real estate industry organizations and/or CoreNet Global over the previous 12 months (15 points)
4. The nominee is actively pursuing professional development (15 points)

Recognition of Winners ❖ Winners will be announced at the First Annual Midwest Chapter Awards Ceremony, British Arrow
Awards Screening and Cocktail Reception, which will be held on December 11, 2017 at the Walker Art Center (725 Vineland Pl, Minneapolis, MN 55403).
Submission Guidelines ❖ The Award is aimed at recognizing a real estate professional (Young Leader) age 35 or younger by October 2017 who has demonstrated leadership and exemplified excellence in CRE. ❖ Nominees are encouraged to: ➢ Provide balanced responses to each section ➢ Complete subsequent page; one page per question max.
