Cosmetic Holographic Silver - 3601 Cosmetic Holographic Silver 3601 glitter consists of precision cut, highly reflective particles of vacuum metallised polyester film. The film is embossed prior to metallising to create an amazing prismatic holographic effect. This glitter offers a wide range of cosmetic application, excellent solvent resistance and good temperature resistance. It satisfies the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 for Cosmetics and is also FDA approved.
