DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION • Top deck constructed of 16 ga. stainless steel. • Body constructed of 18 ga. stainless steel utilizing horizontal cross members with vertical column supports creating an open base. • Four (4”) inch swivel casters, two (2) with brakes. • Installed in the top is a NSF-7 refrigerated 9” deep cold pan. • Pans are recessed 3” and set on a removable pan rail.
