Entries:
The competition is open to all countries. Entry fee: 15 euro per fencer to be paid at check-in. All entries must be made trough be fencer´s national federation via the EFC website before 23th oktober 2011. As per the 2010-2011 EFC regulation, not more than 20 entries per country can be accepted apart from the host nation where a maximum of 64 is allowed.
Referees : Each participating country must supply at its expense the number of qualified referees indicated in the table below. Number of Entries 1- 4 5- 9 10 – 15 16 – 20

Failure to comply with this rule will resultin a 500 euro fine for each refereee short of the required number. Please note : All referees must be entered the same way as fencers, i.e. trough EFC website. This fee must be paid before any fencers from the offending country will be allowed to compete.
Competition format : One rounds of pools of 6-7 fencers, 20% - 25% eliminated after the round Direct elimination with repechage starting from tableau 32 Finals without fence-of for 3rd place Equipment :
FIE standard equipment will be require i.e., 800N clothing, 1600N mask with a conductive bib, and FIE aproved blade. Printing of the fencer´s name on the back of the jacketis not required.
