Coutts ~ Westbrooks

Coutts ~ Westbrooks Jack and Sue Westbrooks of Chelsea and Mike and Beth Coutts of Manchester are happy to announce the upcoming wedding of their children. Kathleen (Katie) Westbrooks and Andrew Coutts became engaged July 2012. They have chosen Friday, September 13th, 2013 as the date for their wedding. Katie graduated from Chelsea High School in 2005 and from Ferris State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Katie is currently employed with Whelan Security in Dexter and is working towards her EMT license. Andrew graduated from Manchester High School in 2004. He attended Washtenaw Community College prior to his enlistment in the United States Marine Corps. Currently Andrew is a Corporal stationed at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California. Following their marriage, the couple will make their home near Camp Pendleton in Vista, Ca.
