Consent Agenda Item 7-e Proposals were received and opened for the District's fuel needs for the 2016-2017 school year. Bulk fuel for the Rock Springs area will be purchased on an as needed basis. Three companies met the deadline for submitting proposals. They are Red Horse Oil, Cardwell Distributing Company, and Kellerstraas Oil Company. One bid was received for fuel needs in Wamsutter. One bid was received for fuel needs in Farson. Recommendation for approval that Red Horse Oil, Cardwell Distributing Company, and Kellerstraas Oil Company be place on the approved vendor list for bulk fuel supplies for Rock Springs; Wamsutter Conoco be awarded the bid for fuel supplies in Wamsutter; and Eaton Investments be awarded the bid for fuel supplies in Farson.
