Bids were received by the District’s Facilities Department for the purchase of fitness center equipment for Farson/Eden School. The bid recap is attached below. Due to the fact that none of the vendors were able to submit a complete bid package, the Facilities Department sought quotes for the remaining items on the initial bid list. Power Systems was the only company that will be able to supply the remaining “no bid” items. Recommendation to award the bid for the purchase of fitness center equipment for Farson/Eden School to Life Fitness in the amount of $46,387.95 and the remaining items to be awarded to Power Systems not to exceed $4,300.00 for a total not to exceed amount of $50,687.95. This purchase will be paid for through the Rec Mil budget.
