Coxsackie-Athens Little League 2014 Sponsorship Application Please indicate at which level you would like to become a sponsor. All donations are placed in our general operating fund to be used for this season’s operating expenses. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, chartered under Little League International. Donations are tax-deductible. Everyone who donates to our Little League will be published in our Opening Day Program & on our website, www.CoxsackieAthensLL.org!
$200 each Sign Advertisement – Hang signs at 4 fields & Get the 5th one for just $100! Signs are 4’x8’ corrugated plastic with vinyl lettering; hung on outfield fences April-August (min.) at any/all of our 5 baseball & softball fields. New advertisers and returning sponsors requesting new signs - please include an additional $100 per sign to defray printing costs. Please email artwork for new sign design.
$350 Team Sponsorship – Special recognition on our website! Plus, your business name is printed on uniforms & game schedules, & announced at each of their games! (no printing on Jr/Sr team uniforms)
$500 Team AND Sign Sponsorship – Best Value! Plus consider adding even more signs for our other fields! (each sign would be $200 - see above)
$1,000 Grand Slam! – Help kids score more by helping build our planned outdoor batting cage at McQuade! These donors will receive Lifetime Signage on the cage, & very special web placement! (donations received over the project cost will be used in our general operating fund)
$2,000 All-Star Sponsorship – Baseballs & Softballs don’t come cheap, especially official game balls. You’ll be a “hit” if you are the first sponsor to return this form to buy most of our league balls for the 2014 season! This sponsor will receive specialty recognition on our website & Opening Day program, plus 1 All-Star centerfield sign at each of our 2 main fields!
Community Hero! - We appreciate donations of ANY dollar amount! Please consider us in your donation budget. Thank you for your support of our program!
