Create Your New Reality Hello and welcome, everyone. This is Darius Barazandeh. You are here, tuning into the You Wealth Revolution. And I wanted to start out today with a big question that a lot of people have and I know I’ve had this question in my life. How do you create a new reality when so much of the world and even the people around you are still stuck in the same old reality? How do you do it? How do you move into a new way of living, of being, of seeing the world and experiencing the world maybe when the rest of the world, even people that you love and care about, are living from an old reality? Maybe you're in this 4-D reality of a life that you really want to live, and joy and happiness and abundance, and the people around you are still stuck in things not working out or their best days passed or things getting harder. And a lot of times we talk about this and people feel like it’s some esoteric energy that is so hard to tap into, that it’s so amorphous, almost like this fog or haze that you grab and reach at but yet transformation and a new reality seem so far away. Well, I’m here to tell you that I think it’s very concrete. But here’s some steps that have helped me a great deal to create a new reality, and the first is I believe… And do this. The moment you wake up, as soon as possible, if your schedule allows, and in fact I would say it doesn’t even matter if your schedule allows, make your schedule fit this three-step process. The first thing to do, right when you wake up, with your tea or coffee or just with some water, when you're out of bed, before anything else, write down what inspires you that day. It could be an idea, it could be a thought, it could be a feeling you have. Go to that place, live in that place. Sometimes you’ll get inspiration for a book. Sometimes you’ll just be inspired by a thought maybe of the beach or by just being outside. Whatever it is move your energy. And I think if you’re here enough at You Wealth Revolution you know what I mean by that. Energy is moved by thought. It’s moved by feelings. Move your energy and feelings into things that inspire you. Do this for a few minutes. Write down on a piece of paper. Take your hand to pen and write down what inspires you. It could be thought. It could be images. It could be scenes. It could be ideas. It could be possibilities. It could be a poem that comes into your mind. Whatever it is write down what inspires you. It could be plans for the future. It could be new ways of doing; a trip you want to take. Do not allow fear, worry, doubt, frustration or even the current reality enter into this time. This time is your time. If you think about a trip that you want to take but your first thought after that is ‘well, I can’t afford it’ do not allow that to change your thoughts about that trip.

Begin to bring together the elements of what inspires you for two to five minutes each day in the morning. The next thing I would do and do every day is I write out people, situations and things that I am grateful for. See, the first thing that happens many times when we begin to change our state we begin to feel good about something new in our life, a new possibility, a new way of being, is that we then go from that state of ‘wow, what a great thing that I’m feeling and thinking about’ to looking at our reality and saying ‘oh, yeah, but my reality is so far from this’ it brings us down. That’s one of the biggest challenges in personal development and transformation is the gap between the existing reality in our mind and the reality we want to get to. Instead of letting that gap destroy your energy, like happens to so many people, the moment you transition from thinking about what inspires you now move into the gratitude you have for people and things in your life. So spend time there. Spend two to three minutes writing out what am I grateful for. You do this every day. Get a journal. Get a notepad. These are the small disciplines of life that add up to huge transformations. After you’ve done that and you feel pretty good, the third thing I think is really one of the most important and that is you need to just sit quietly for three to four minutes and just allow and except. We’ve talked about this before, this idea of simply allowing and accepting what is. Allowing and accepting what is. Because the first thing that’ll happen after you finish writing down what you want and what inspires you and you finish writing out what you’re grateful for is you’re going to possibly get stuck in this reality trap where you look at life and the things that aren’t the way you want and it begins to drain your energy. How much energy do we spend a day thinking about the people, the places, the situations - even on the planet - social situations, political situations, economic situations, day-to-day household situations? You know, you wake up and maybe the dog has done something or your kids are screaming. Whatever it is, that reality situation, if it’s not something that is exactly the way, drains you. How about just accepting it for three to four minutes? Three to four minutes. Just accept. Accept what is. You can go through each element of your day and life and say, ‘I accept what is right now.’ Now, in doing that we’re not necessarily saying this is the best it’s ever going to be. We’re not saying it’s never going to get better. We’re certainly not saying that we’re not going to take steps to be inspired and move into a place of more love and possibility, but we’re also not going to spend our energy fighting. We’re not going to fight the little things that aren’t right. We’re not even going to fight the big things, because fighting something only leads to more fighting. Mother Teresa was asked in the 1960s, you know, ‘will you join us in an antiwar rally?’ And what did she say? She said, ‘The day that you have a march for peace then I will put my 2

energy into that.’ In other words, she knew that it was much wiser to put our energy into creating something. Similarly, I don't think the solutions for the planet are going to come from the current group of people in control or creating policy for the planet. It’s going to come from something entirely different, from a different group, from a different group of heart-centered people. Similarly, the solutions to our challenges and to where we want to go are not going to come from fighting what’s happening in our life. It’s going to come from accepting it but holding a vision, a vibration for something more. I hope that makes sense to you. And so those are the three things I would suggest. Number 1: Wake up; for three minutes write down what truly inspires you that day. Next thing: Write out what you’re truly grateful for and the people and the places and the situations. And Number 3: Allow what is for about three to five minutes. Just allowing what is. And from there your day will unfold and from there there’s no resistance only inspiration.
