Creating an Always Available GlobalMeet Web Room 1. Navigate to your Company’s Administration Portal and enter your Client ID and Password. https://companyname.globalmeet.com OR https://companyname.pgimeet.com

2. Click > Manage my web meeting rooms > click “Create New”

3. On the Create an Always Available Meeting Room page, complete all required fields (denoted by a *) and click SAVE. 

Your web meeting room will be created utilizing your default audio account.



If you have more than one audio account, you can change your audio account by clicking “Change Audio Options” in the Audio Conference Account section.
