Cynthia Garcia

Ms. Garcia has over 15 years experience as a risk management professional in the construction industry. She is responsible for all areas of risk management at Morley, including safety, contracts, claims, and insurance. She received the Safety Professional of the Year award from the American Society of Safety Engineers, Construction Practice Specialty, is a CRIS, and on AIG’s Construction Advisory Board. Mr. Banks has over 14 years of experience as a safety professional in construction. At Morley, he develops and implements new safety policies and procedures, handles strategic safety planning, trains management and field employees, and develops a safety culture for the entire company. His BS in loss control management is from Central Washington University; he holds CSP and CHST certifications.
