Process for students: 1) Download Google Drive from the App Store.

Give your folder a name. Using the naming convention below would help keep folders in order for the class teacher: Classcode_Surname_Firstname

4) Choose the ‘i’ next to the folder name for more options. Then select the ‘share’ button.

Students can share the subject folder with their class teacher(s) and LSA’s. N.B. Once the folder has been shared with their class teacher, any work uploaded to that folder will automatically be shared.

By choosing the ‘i’ you can then select the ‘move to’ folder.

Then select the folder that you wish to move into.

Choose the subject folder to store and share the piece of work.
