Creating Your Health Vision for The New Year Step One: Complete Your Past Year 1.          

4. What were 2 or 3 of the most important “lessons” you learned?

5. What did you do that took you out of your comfort zone? How did this courageous action benefit your health and your life?

7. List 3 people whose lives have been positively impacted by you. How specifically? How is your life better as a result?

9. Based on your experiences from this past year, what ONE CHANGE would you like to make that will set you up for MORE health success next year? Why is this so key for you?

Step Two: Dream Big and Design Your Ideal Year Ahead 1. What does your ideal health look and feel like? Who or what is part of your support team? How do they support you? Create A VISION Board.

2. What are the key reasons behind your commitment to your health? What is your “WHY”?

3. In what ways has your life improved and what experiences do you get to take part in now that you are healthy?

Keeping your ideal vision in mind, 4. What are the MOST important goals and intention for your health in the coming year?

5. Why is accomplishing these so important to you now? How will your life be better as a result?

6. What other areas of your life also need your attention?

7. Who do you want to BECOME in the year ahead? Write 4-5 Positive Affirmations. You can also add these to your Vision Board.

Step 3: Get Clear…The First 90 Days 1. Pick your top milestones for the following categories for the New Year in the first 90 days. Remember, your BIG WHY is still at the heart of your daily decisions. Your goals are like the sail on a sail boat, it keeps you going in the right direction. Make sure the goals are not dependent on someone else. Be sure you have control over whether or not you achieve the goals.
