Creative Critters
Last week was so much fun. We traveled to our own Royal Kingdom, as we explored a variety of our favorite fairy tales. We had a little change of plans, as we expected Belle to visit our Kingdom, but she could not make it, so she sent her friend Cinderella instead. The children were so excited to see Cinderella, as she read stories and talked with them.
On Friday, we got the chance to honor our Father’s, with donuts and special gifts. We hope everyone had a special Father’s Day! Next week is Animal Planet Week! We are wild with excitement as we learn about the animals around us and the animals in the wild. We will have a visit from “Big Red”, he is a trained service dog and we will learn what it takes to become a service dog. Then we will have a “Cavy” and maybe a goat, from Bakersfield Christian High School FFA team, come visit us. It is sure to be a wild week! On Wednesday, June 21st @9:15 am, we will attend Chapel in the worship center. All parents are invited to attend. Please mark your calendars, On June 29th we will be raising money for our Tanzania friends to attend school, with a car wash and bake sale. More information to follow!
