Doctoral Degree Elective Requirements (24 Hours) Students take electives in two of the following areas of specialization of their choosing: [a] Justice and Law; [b] Justice Organizations, Administration and Leadership; and [c] Crime and Crime Policy. Electives are listed on p. 2.
*Only one elective in each substantive area may be a non-CRIM course; the Graduate Director's permission is required if a student wants to take more than one non-CRIM elective.
**Students must apply a minimum of 6 elective credits to the degree, and may apply up to 15 elective credits, depending on the number of thesis and dissertation credits.
