FUNCTION AND SPECIALIZATION Mr. May is the Vice President of Sales at Crop Pro Insurance Services, (CPIS). He is responsible for the oversight of company sales goals, recruiting new agencies, executing incentive programs, and maintaining an environment of trained and qualified sales personnel.
EDUCATION & RECOGNITION Certified FL 620 All Lines Adjuster
Prior to his role as VP of Sales, Mr. May held the position of Vice President of Business Strategy & Development at AgriLogic Insurance Services. There, he increased revenue by 35%, from $170M to $230M in less than two years, through procedural improvements and clearer staff direction; assisted with company transition of ownership by IAT to Aspen Insurance Holdings in January of 2016; analyzed agency profitability and potential; and provided strategic direction for the national sales team. Prior to his time at AgriLogic, Mr. May spent time as a Regional Claims Manager, at Farmer's Mutual Hail, formerly John Deere Insurance, managing and directing all field claims, compliance activities, and support staff for the Eastern United States, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and parts of Kansas. He also serviced agencies with revenues totaling in excess of $300M annually, as well as coached and mentored 10 direct reports and 150 total employees and contractors. Prior to this role, Mr. May spent time as the Vice President of Operations at ARMtech Insurance Services (formerly American Omni Crop, LLC). There he grew the business from $0 to $52M in five years, leading the operating strategy from the ground-up. He also hired all staff and established all processes and procedures.
