CSA Impact Select 2016-2017 Payment Schedule and Commitment Club soccer is a significant investment. We understand that every family’s budget needs are different, and therefore we have three payment options available to allow you to pick the one that works best for your family.

U13-U14 Select - Annual Fee $1,335.00

U15-U19/U20 Select - Annual Fee $1,025.00

Additional Fees (included in payment plan below): Pre-Season Team Camp (Mandatory) - $135.00 Annual Facilities Fee - $90.00

Pre-Season Team Camp (Mandatory) - $135.00: July 25 through July 29 at Etowah River Park. Fee due on signing day and is included in payment plan - no refunds/credits. Annual Facilities Fee - $90.00: Fee due on signing day and is included in payment plan – no refunds/credits. Select Uniform Kit (Fall 2016-Summer 2018) - $320.00: The Select uniform kit will be available to order by phone or online from Soccer.com. All players are required to order and wear the required uniform kit. Tournament Fees: Fees vary and will be collected by the Team Manager. Equal fees are due from each player on the team regardless of individual participation. Coach travel expenses: Shared equally by all players on the team, regardless of individual participation, and will be collected by the Team Manager.

***CSA Impact adheres to a no refund policy. A $25.00 fee will be added to payments that are more than 10 days past due, and a $40.00 fee will be added for returned checks. Player pass will be pulled for overdue accounts and player will not be allowed to participate in games or tournaments until outstanding fees have been received. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
