Chard Eggplant Garlic Rosemary Sweet potatoes Winter Squash
M2. Chicken for sautéing, rice. M3. 6 to 8 oz. cat fish per person. . M4. Sourdough bread and salad greens. M5. Onion, ginger, curry powder or spices (cloves, coriander, cumin, turmeric, hot pepper), 1 can diced tomatoes. White rice. Fruit M6. 6 eggs, bacon sourdough bread.
Eggs for weekly and EOW subscribers. Chicken leg quarters and bacon for meat subscribers. Sweet Potatoes Stir-Fried or Roasted With Garlic and Rosemary 4-6 servings 2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-2 inch pieces 4 -6 garlic cloves, chopped .
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and cracked pepper
Stir-fry: Cut potatoes in small pieces. Stir fry in a wok with olive oil and garlic of 5 or more minutes. Add rosemary and cook until potatoes are done. SAGE can be substituted or mixed with the potatoes. Roasted: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Set aside half the chopped garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Toss potatoes with remaining half and salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes tossing occasionally. Add remaining oil, garlic, and herbs, and toss.
