This property has become an eyesore to the neighborhood and has been vacant for months attracting vandalism and crime. Rehab Overview The Property was in need of an exterior facelift, including paint, landscaping, and deck repair. The interior of the home was in need of an extensive remodel, including removal of walls, kitchen updating, bathroom overhauls, and electrical upgrade.
