Dear Potential Sponsor, Cumberland Youth Baseball Softball League (CYBSL) is an official charter of Little League International in Williamsport Pennsylvania. We aspire to be an outstanding educational athletic organization that provides a highquality softball and baseball experience to our players where good sportsmanship is a fundamental principle. Our League accepts registrations from all players who live or go to school in Cumberland. We are a Non-Profit (501)(c)(3) 100% Volunteer organization. Cumberland Youth Baseball Softball League is seeking sponsorship for the 2018 season. All of the sponsorship and fundraising donations we receive goes directly back into our program, whether it is equipment for our players or to help keep registration costs as low as possible. We have created a tier system that includes three different levels of sponsorship for all potential sponsors, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Our team sponsor options will be on a first come first serve basis. New for 2018, the team name will be the sponsor We hope that you find our organization worthy of your contributions.

Cumberland Youth Baseball Softball League Inc. is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation, 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization. Sponsorship requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Teams are formed in March and play begins in April so please respond as soon as possible.
CYBSL Sponsorship Agreement This agreement between the Cumberland Youth Baseball Softball League (hereinafter, “CYBSL”) and ____________________________________________________ (hereinafter, “Sponsor”) is for the 2018 Spring Season Sponsorship of the CYBSL must be, for the Sponsor, out of a sense of duty to help the community. While Sponsorship does afford some benefits (detailed below), the higher purpose is to help the CYBSL impart the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play to the children of the community, so that they may someday use these values in becoming good citizens. Sponsorship of the CYBSL does not permit the Sponsor to have any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the CYBSL or any team in the CYBSL, nor does the Sponsor have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches or players for any team in the CYBSL. Nothing herein shall make us partners or joint ventures. The Sponsor and the CYBSL are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified herein. Any reference to the Sponsorship under this agreement must make it clear that the Sponsorship is with the CYBSL ONLY, and NOT with Little League Baseball and Softball, the organization. Use of the marks of logos of Little League Baseball and Softball by any local sponsor is prohibited, unless permission is expressly granted in writing by Little League Baseball, Incorporated. The CYBSL agrees to provide the following benefits in exchange for the sponsorship commitment: (Sponsorship Level – Platinum, Gold, Silver and/or Additional
