14 Sutton Place South, a 14-story Rosario Candela-designed co-op building, doesn't get a whole lot of attention, probably due to the fact that the most of its apartments appear to be one- or two-bedrooms in the $1-2 million range. The building's four-bedroom duplex penthouse, however, which just hit the market for $9.75

million, is certainly worth a second look. The apartment features, most notably, a wraparound terrace on the upper floor, which also includes a large, open kitchen, a large, open living room, a library, a dining room (both relatively large and open), and a refrigerated wine closet large enough for 900 bottles. The lower level has the four bedrooms, each with its own private bath, and all kinds of prewar goodness. Not too shabby.
