Position Title: Customer Service – Customer Service, Clermont, IA (Full-‐time Regular Position) Position Description The Customer Service position as a member of Viafield’s team will be trained and responsible for servicing our customer needs at the front counter of our Clermont facility. This team player will assist with customer account questions, contracts, billing, bookings, pick-‐ups, pre-‐pay, inventory, receiving and will also cross-‐train to assist in other areas of the office environment. This self-‐ motivated team member will operate the scale and gain valuable knowledge of how our business operates.
