Coach Rachel Metzinger (HS Asst. Coach) – Coach Metzinger has been a teacher and coach, who now leads the CV Mentors program at the high school. She is passionate about making positive connections with students and athletes of all ages and backgrounds. Coach Katie Cirilo (MS Head Coach) – Coach Cirilo has led the CVMS program for 7 years. A former college basketball player, she is an effective instructor and a dynamic coach. Coach Aubrey Bird (MS JV Coach)- an accomplished player: McDonald’s HS AllAmerican and 2,000+ point scorer in college. Coach Bird instills learning and keeps it fun. Coach Barry Handwerger – Coach Barry has led the CV Girls’ Youth Program for over 10 years. He is passionate and dedicated to teaching fundamental skills. And, of course, the HS girls’ basketball team! All are hard-working, passionate leaders and tremendous role models.

What to expect… C.V. Girls’ Basketball Clinic will Develop basketball skills in dribbling, passing, shooting, and many other facets of the game. Encourage campers to try their best and to learn sportsmanship and teamwork. Connect campers to the tremendous role models from our high school and middle school programs. Teach young players to have FUN!!!
Introducing – Mentor Connection Our vision is to unify the C.V. girls’ basketball program through positive relationships. We are offering a special opportunity to partner with the HS team by ‘sponsoring’ a player this season. By sponsoring a player, your daughter will begin a special connection with a high school player. As a sponsor, she will receive:
