CONSTRUCTION:
• Material to be commercial and institutional grade stainless steel interior and exterior. • Interior construction reduced from ten pieces to two pieces; fewer joints; hidden surfaces eliminated; all surfaces drain into the evaporator which is tilted to make draining and cleaning faster and easier. • Exterior post and panel construction provides ruggedness at corners where it is needed most, and allows cabinets to be placed side by side without overheating. Post provides handles for transporting. • Racks to be of heavy guage stainless steel rod normally spaced 3.5" (89 mm) and removable for cleaning; load limit 50 lbs. (22.7 kg) • Access doors to be field reversible. • Casters are 3" (76 mm) heavy duty, non-marking, two locking and two non-locking. • Insulation of fiber glass full perimeter. • Evaporator fill is manual; condensate-refilled; rapid draining. • Electrical supply by 84" (213 cm) SJO power cord.
