Honda VTX 1300 RULES FOR DRAWING:
Initial drawing of ten finalists will be held on March 3, 2018, at Salida Middle School Ticket stubs must have a legible and operable phone number in which to contact the person via phone or cannot be considered a “finalist” in the final giveaway. Final Giveaway will be held on March 10, 2018, at Salida Middle School. We will present grand prize during final giveaway round, so winner must be able to drive away on motorcycle (no helmet is provided with the prize giveaway-winner’s responsibility). Winner must be present to win during the GIVEAWAY and provide winning ticket. Winner must be over 18 years old with a valid driver license. Winner will release all rights of any photos and permit use of photograph for league purposes/promotions. Winner will be responsible for any and all fees including (but not limited to) smog, license, and registration. The motorcycle is given “AS IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES” Winner will be responsible to transfer title and assume liability. NO CHECKS (other than player’s parent’s account) will be accepted…NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure that anyone who needs to write a check, they need to write it out to you. There will be a hold on ticket numbers until check clears. If check is returned, ticket numbers will no longer be eligible to win grand prize. Bank charges will be added for collection.
