MANNATECH’S RENEWAL PROGRAM GUIDE The RENEWAL Program allows All-Star Associates to extend the full rights and privileges of their current Associate level for another year through a Renewal Pack—an annual product offer available at a better value than through any other program or through PMPV as explained in the Compensation Plan. The Program also allows non-renewing All-Stars to retain their discount purchasing rights and be automatically reclassified to Preferred Associate level. In addition, it allows Preferred Associates to continue their rights and privileges automatically without receiving annual notices. How does the Renewal Program work? 1. All-Star Associates are sent a notice about 60 days (and about 30 days, if necessary) prior to their anniversary date. Payment must be received by the date shown on the Renewal form—the closing day of your anniversary Business Period. This will extend the rights and privileges of your account for one year (13 Business Periods). 2. Because Renewal Packs do NOT carry Qualifying Volume (QV), you must maintain qualifying sales volume in your anniversary Business Period to remain eligible for full bonus benefits. 3. All-Star Associates who choose not to renew may continue to order products, and will be retained at the Preferred Associate level. This automatic transition will take place with the first product order after the anniversary date. If no order is received, the Associate’s status is considered “on hold” until their next activity. However, such Associates can regain their All-Star Associate status at any time through a Renewal Pack or through PMPV as explained in the Compensation Plan; the annual renewal date would then change to reflect the date of the renewal order. 4. Preferred Associates are automatically retained through ongoing product orders, and will continue to receive Mannatech mailings unless the Associate has opted not to receive mailings from Mannatech. Why should I renew as an All-Star Associate? 1. To get products at a better price than is available any other way—even better than through your Auto Order discounts—plus updates on Mannatech product developments. 2. To maintain the rights and privileges of the All-Star level. Below is a brief overview of the various rewards or compensation options available at each Associate level: •
Preferred Associates qualify for Retail Profit Bonus, Member Commission, Direct Bonus, Team Bonus, Unilateral Bonus, Regional Leadership Bonus and Team Development Bonus.
