Danny Kaspar Elite Camp
The Danny Kaspar Elite Basketball Camp will include advanced basketball coaching and training techniques that will help you maximize your basketball skills and develop you into the best player you can be. The camp, which is open to any and all entrants, will include drills and competitive 5-on-5 team games to give campers the opportunity to compete against quality opponents.
Who is Elite Camp For?
The Danny Kaspar Elite Basketball Camp is open to the first 120 male basketball players entering grades 10 through Class of 2016 High School Graduates. It is recommended for basketball players who would like to learn advanced basketball techniques and compete against other advanced campers to better their skills. (Varsity team experience is recommended for this camp.)
Camp Features
The 2016 Danny Kaspar Elite Camp features instruction from the Texas State University coaching staff, current Bobcat players and other coaches from around the state. ▪ Team and Individual Competition Put your skills to the test! ▪ Camp T-Shirt Each camper receives an official camp t-shirt for participating in the Elite Camp ▪ Athletic Trainer An athletic trainer will be available 24 hours a day in case of any injuries or emergencies.

Online registration is encouraged. Register at www.dannykasparbasketballcamps.com. Information is available for mail registration on the web site. Upon receipt of your application, in accordance with availability, you will be mailed your enrollment confirmation. You must receive a confirmation to be enrolled in camp. On-line registration ends on Thursday, June 9, at 9 p.m.
Camp Cost
Cost for Elite Camp is $135 per camper and includes housing, meals (dinner Friday, breakfast Saturday), instruction and camp t-shirt. A late fee of $30 applies to all campers requesting dorm housing after May 26. For those commuting each day, the cost is $110 and includes dinner on Friday night. Payment must be received prior to registration to hold your spot. Please make checks or money orders payable to Danny Kaspar Basketball Camp.
Camp Check-in
Check-in for the Elite Camp will take place at Entrance #1 of Strahan Coliseum (by the men’s basketball office). Checkin will be from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 10, at Strahan Coliseum. Airport transfers available upon request for an additional charge of $25.
Camp Check-out
Camp will end at Noon on Saturday, June 11.
Housing
Bobcat campers will stay in the Texas State University dorms. All campers are housed two per room. Campers need to bring a blanket/sleeping bag, pillow, sheets, toilet articles, appropriate basketball gear, basketball shoes and alarm clock. All campers requesting dorm lodging after May 26 will be charges a $30 late fee.
