Sponsorship Opportunities
The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield-A Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Springfield, IL, will be the site of the 88th Annual Conference and IACTE Annual Meeting. The Conference and Annual Meeting will be held on February 1516, 2018. The theme for the 2018 conference is “CTE: #Moving Forward.”
Make certain your sales efforts are enhanced by making sponsorship opportunities part of your marketing equation. Companies that take advantage of sponsorship opportunities have the most successful shows. A range of sponsorship possibilities is available and designed to suit every company’s budget. All sponsorships include recognition in the conference program book as a sponsor, special signage at the CTE Showcase, and special recognition at all conference functions. Exhibit Schedule and Location Exhibits will be open on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The exhibits will be in the Prefunction Area. A beverage break will be will be held in this area from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and time is set aside with the exhibitors from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Booth Rental Fees Each 8’ x 10’ booth costs $250.00 and the fee is due by January 8, 2018. Space is limited so don’t delay. Fee includes: One 6’ table with table cloth, two chairs, electricity, Internet, name badges for booth personnel, listing in the conference program book, admission to all conference sessions, and one lunch.
Door Prizes Each exhibitor is asked to provide a door prize to be displayed in the exhibit area (approximate value $25). Each exhibitor will provide attendees that they talk with, a form to fill out so that they are eligible for the door prize that is provided.
Hotel Accommodations Exhibitors are responsible for their hotel reservations. The headquarters hotel is The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - A Doubletree by Hilton in Springfield, IL. To book, call 866-788-1860 and use the code CTE. The deadline to book at this rate is January 24, 2018.

Small Group Breakout Session Exhibitors who desire to present a breakout session must complete the Call for Presentations by October 3, 2017. Exhibitors’ presentations must focus on the application of materials, equipment, etc. to the classroom and not on “selling” merchandise. Sessions must be submitted online at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSclA7yIoLuZtTdt ls-kxi6LI96eZcRA0sCBhgkpfHUpGh4dHQ/viewform. Deadline for presenting at the conference is October 3, 2017.
Liability The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - A Doubletree by Hilton and the Illinois Association for Career and Technical Education will exercise reasonable care for the protection of exhibits, materials and displays. The exhibitor, upon signing the contract for exhibit space, expressly releases the Illinois Association for Career and Technical Education and its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s employees or property.
