Monday 4th July Picnic Celebration Today we sent out a letter with all upcoming dates we feel are of most importance to our parents. You will see that on Monday 4th July, weather permitting, we have organised for a picnic lunch for all children. We think it is a perfect way to start celebrating nearly reaching the Summer holidays! If your child is entitled to free school meals, or your child is in years Reception to year 2 they will automatically be given this lunch. If you pay for your children’s dinners the cost of this picnic grab bag is £2.10. Please ensure that if your child would like this that the money is sent in to school on Monday 4th July in an envelope.

Reminder: School Life As you are aware we are trying our best as a school to reduce the amount of paper we send out to you. To keep updated with newsletters, trips and other news its is really important you return the letter we sent to you in relation to ‘School Life’. We will soon be sending out this information electronically and we do not want any of our parents missing out. If you require another copy please see a member of the office team who will be happy to help.

Young Rotarians

Congratulations to the Young Rotarians who received their certificates and badges celebrating their Community Award. Yesterday they received their awards from the Mayor of Dudley, the president of the Stourbridge Rotary Club, Fred Shaw, Secretary of the Stourbridge Rotary Club and Chris Fonteyn our school Chair of Governors. The children have been fundraising for their chosen charity, Shelterbox, over the last few months and have raised over £600. Miss Jones, in charge of overseeing the Young Rotarians, is extremely proud of their achievements and has been inspired by their effort and dedication to the cause. Thank you to all the staff, parents and friends who have supported and contributed to this amazing cause.
