RESOLUTION #2017- \QQ PROBATION SERVICES
Budget Adjustment Authorization WHEREAS, Probation Services has overspent its "A" budget in the amount of $13,500 and,
WHEREAS, I.e. 31-1605 authorizes budget adjustments for the receipt of unscheduled revenue provided there is no increase in anticipated property taxes, and WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $13,500 have been identified in 00661-6150 (District Court - Medical Insurance) as unspent budgetary authority and therefore revert to the category of unscheduled revenue for budgetary purposes and is available for a budget adjustment to Probation Services' "A" budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of Bormer
County authorize the Clerk to adjust Probation Services' "A" budget by increasing account 0066060 (District Court - Salaries - Full Time) by $13,500 and decrease 00661-6150 (District Court - Medical Insurance) by $13,500.
