David Roberts

David Roberts Senior Program Manager, Technology Center, International Association of Chiefs of Police David J. Roberts is Senior Program Manager of the Technology Center at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Alexandria, Virginia. He previously served as Principal of Global Justice Consulting, Director of the Global Justice & Public Safety Practice for Unisys Corporation, and for 17 years as Deputy Executive Director of SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics. He has directed numerous national conferences and symposia, and provided training and technical assistance in local, state, and national jurisdictions throughout the United States in justice information technology, research, policy, planning, and implementation. Mr. Roberts is a frequent speaker on justice technology both in the United States and abroad, and holds graduate degrees in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany and Oklahoma City University.
