My inner dialog is kind and supportive My inner dialog is kind and supportive. I understand that positive self-talk leads to positive results. Negative thoughts, feelings, and words lead to challenges. I am at my best when my inner dialog is kind and supportive. I monitor this dialog regarding others and myself. I experience positive thoughts and emotions when dealing with others. Other individuals regularly live up to my expectations, regardless of how high they may be. I choose to believe that others are capable of amazing things. I regularly compliment those around me. When I catch myself engaging in negative self-talk, I turn it around. I force myself to list five positive qualities about myself. If I am with others, I do the same for them.

Remembering the positive aspects of those in my environment has positive results. I am quickly able to reestablish a positive mindset.

When I have a conflict or a difficult decision to make, I think through the options in my mind. This helps me to effectively deal with whatever I am faced with. I am finding my ability to keep positive thoughts growing day by day. Today, I am paying extra attention to my inner dialog. I am maintaining positive, kind, and supportive thoughts. I am encouraging toward others and myself. I have control over my thoughts, and am a positive influence in the lives of others. Inner-Reflection Questions: 1. How does my inner dialog affect my relationships with others? 2. How can I ensure my inner dialog is more positive rather than negative? 3.
