De Bono discussion - Template This activity uses the De Bono hats to facilitate a discussion on the topic given. Learners will be put into groups of 6 and each learner will be given one of the De Bono thinking hat cards. These cards summarise the part that the learner will play in the discussion. The group will then be given a question to discuss and they will feed back their final decisions at the end of the session.
