• This is an intensive summer training program • • • • • •
designed to give the serious athlete an opportunity to develop and improve their individual skills 18+ hours of on-ice training Over-speed and under-speed skating Creative scrimmaging (One touch, “3-stride rule,” etc.) Competitive small area games All sessions at Wakota Civic Arena, South St. Paul, MN Skate and train at the home of the Packers – 4-time state champs

Registration Information Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Each session will be limited to 30 skaters. Each player will receive a T-shirt and jersey. Payment due in full before first session

We believe Defense is the most difficult position in hockey – to master both physically and mentally. We believe that the success of a team begins on the back end with strong, aggressive play by the defenders. We want to develop defensemen who can skate, move the puck quickly and win 1 on 1 battles. We want to sharpen fundamental skills such as skating, passing, shooting, puckhandling and becoming gritty competitors. We are excited for the chance to work with your developing defensemen!
