A non-institutional camp or clinic is one that is not owned or operated by anyone associated with the University of Minnesota Duluth. Athletic Department staff and coaches may only work at non-institutional camps or clinics which meet all the requirements for institutional camps including that the camp is open to any and all entrants. To ensure that a camp/clinic is open to any and all it must be advertised to the general public for at least 2 weeks. **You Must Attach Copies of All Brochures and Advertisements** Non-Institutional Camps or Clinics: May Not use University of Minnesota Duluth logos or trademarks May Not use a University of Minnesota Duluth coach or student-athlete’s likeness to promote camp May Not be operated during a dead period Must be operated in accordance with restrictions applicable to institutional camps Please attach any other additional information (e.g. letter of request, etc) 1.
