Debbie McKean- West Bountiful City Council Married to Kim McKean. West Bountiful citizen for 36 years. Served for 3 prior terms as a City Council member. Dedicated to keeping West Bountiful the best place in the world to live. I have served faithfully on the WB Arts Council, Independence Day Committees, Mosquito Abatement, Parks and Recreation, Youth Council (prior terms)and City Newsletter. I believe it is important that citizens have as much freedom to do as they will on their individual property and I understand the importance in having government leadership that value those rights and strive to protect and preserve a high quality of life in our community. I am dedicated to listening to and representing our citizen’s as they come forth to express their desires and ambitions for our community and to serving in a fashion that makes a difference.
