December 13, 2012 On 12/5/12 at about 7:33 PM officers were dispatched to a Fairview address on a report of a trespassing. Officers arrived and contacted CALVIN OLSEN, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who was given a warning and was sent on his way. About 20 minutes later officers were called back to the address due to Mr. Olsen having returned. Mr. Olson was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. He was transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.
On 12/6/12 at about 12:17 PM officers arrested JASON WRIGHT, 40 years of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail.
On 12/6/12 at about 12:48 PM officers arrested SEAN STOCKLI, 19 years of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $100.00 bail.
On 12/7/12 at about 12:28 PM officers arrested JEDIDAH LITTLE, 32 years of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $2500.00 bail. On 12/8/12 at about 1:31 AM officers were dispatched to the Totem Bar on a report of a male refusing to leave. Officers arrested CLYDE ORCUTT, 43 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for Drunken Person on a
License Premises. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On 12/8/12 at about 10:39 PM Officers responded to a Front Street address on a report of an assault. Upon investigation officers were told that CALVIN OLSEN, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, had just struck a four year old child. Mr. Olsen was arrested for two counts of Assault in the Fourth Degree Domestic Violence and one count of Violation of Conditions of Release. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/9/12 at about 2:34 AM officers a report of a possible intoxicated driver in a 2000 white Toyota in the area of Bryant Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted KRISTEN HAILEY, 28 years of age of Ketchikan AK. Ms. Hailey showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, No Valid Operator’s License and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $1500.00 bail due to a past DUI conviction.
On 12/10/12 at about 1:10 PM officers were dispatched to the Potlatch Bar on a report of a male having assaulted someone and refusing to leave the bar. Officers contacted JAMES SEYMOUR, 36 years of age of Petersburg AK, who was seen driving away from the area. Mr. Seymour showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Revoked, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Sixth Degree. He was transport to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was had on $1500.00 due to a past DUI conviction. Upon investigation of the assault report Mr. Seymour was later charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Assault in the Fourth Degree. He was held on $26,500.00 bail for assaults. On 12/10/12 at about 2:26 PM officers arrested PATRICK DEMPSEY-GREEN, 22 years of age of Ketchikan AK, for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/11/12 at about 1:46 PM officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Subaru in the 1500 block of Tongass for a minor traffic offense. Officers contacted TERRY CHANDLER, 36 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On 12/11/12 at about 7:32 AM officers were dispatched to Harris Street on a report of JEFFREY ORR, 26 years of age of Ketchikan AK, violating a protective order. Upon investigation officers arrested Mr. Orr for four counts of Violating a Protective Order. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held without bail. On 12/11/12 at about 9:22 AM officers arrested CORINA COGGINS, 32 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held without bail. On 12/11/12 at about 8:35 PM officer arrested MANDY CASEY, 25 years of age of Ketchikan AK, on an outstand probation warrant. She was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where she was held on $500.00 bail. On 12/12/12 at 12:49 AM officers conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Explorer for a traffic violation. Officers contacted KYLE BAILEY, 28 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Misconduct Weapons in the Fourth Degree. He was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was set to be released on his own recognizance. On 12/12/12 at about 8:57 AM officers responded to Wal Mart on a report of a female shoplifter. Upon arriving officers contacted IDA STRICKER, 52 years of age of Ketchikan AK, who was found to have taken $31.31 worth of merchandise from the store. She was issued a misdemeanor citation for Theft in the Fourth Degree.
